Graciano Rubio is a gym owner and investment advisor based out of California. He began competing in strongman in 2012 and turned professional in 2015. He learned many methodologies on his path to going pro and is known for applying both CrossFit and Olympic Weightlifting movements toward his strongman training.

His training style has been branded as the 50 to 1 method, a unique method that fuses elements of each strength sport with dedicated mental training.
