My Guacamole Recipe | Extended Version

I have two versions of this video. A short, mostly talking hands version and this full 21-minute Jibber-Jabber version. This video has a LOT more info but I get it, life is short. The shorter video will get you making great guac in less than 4 minutes. Enjoy!

Recipe
2 ripe avocados
juice of half a lime
Salt, to taste, about 1/2 tsp to 1 tsp
1/3 of a Roma Tomato, diced into 1/4 " cubes
1/4 of a small White Onion, diced into 3/16" pieces, rinsed and drained
1/2 of a large Jalapeño, diced into 3/16" pieces
Cilantro, finely chopped
A squirt or two of Green Tabasco and a Spicy Green Hot Sauce
