We as a collective have gone through this life which has taught us to continuously to change the external world to fit our narrative. We are always going outside of ourself, we rely on others, we seek material things,holidays,cars, we chase the highs

Attachment is the Ego

A big attachment is with people in our lives. We hold on to the stories and past experiences because this is the way things ‘should be’.Yet if we zoom right out,are these relationships still serving us? We hold on to traditions, we hold on because of the fear that will come from the judgement of others

It is easy to get stuck in situations knowing that if we were to make the change,we have to then experience the reactions from others and with this comes fear
