Keep in mind when investing in mobile homes there is only so much value you can ad. Spend wisely. Start with the electrical, make sure everything is grounded then go over the plumbing. Leaks, even a small one can lead to black mold. That's stuff is a killer. Also, take a look at those gas lines. If it's propane then copper is OK. If it's natural gas then it should be black iron.
