Why they won't come to you when there's a need.

There's always a reason. It isn't always rooted in distrust. However, they won't come if they are labeled or feel as though they aren't believed when they speak up, though they are speaking the truth. This often hinders communication and puts a foothold in a relationship. There is a solution. It's simply a matter of seeking the Lord for it.
