In order for water to be absorbed properly in your body, you should drink it while sitting. It is a wrong habit not to drink water in one go out of greed to fulfill the quota of drinking water for the day. According to Ayurveda, water should be drunk slowly throughout the day. The habit of drinking cold water from the fridge should be changed, it is not good for health.
