Can Sinners Repent Before Regeneration? - Romans 7

One thing we learn from Romans 7 is that sinners can repent before regeneration. Unsaved sinners can acknowledge the truth of God's law and desire to live according to it, even though they cannot walk out God's righteousness without being regenerated after repentance and faith.
