Baylan's demise is imminent. There was way too much foreshadowing in Ahsoka episode 6 that leaves me to believe my new favourite character Baylan Skoll will be destroyed by Thrawn.
After telling us about Order 66, I feel he will have some ptsd from it when Thrawn attacks him with his undead army (the night troopers) and will go full force power mode on them in a last effort before he is eliminated.
Shin will avenge him and join Ahsoka.
