OMG I think the pesky dots are MIT and DARPA tech 🥶😵‍💫

WoW I got to digging and trying to find a military spy drone that resembled the pesky black dot thingys. Seems darpa and mit were working in such tech a few years ago. Seems a possibility, but the ones seen here in australia must be newer tech as they could hover propel for more that 20 seconds!
