Payday 3 Feels Like A Mess Road Rage Map Complete 4k Press any key to start issue Can't Start Heist

It took about 30 minutes of quiting and relaunching for me to be able to get passed the main menu screen, press any key to start. Then after clicking the start heist for matchmaking button would not load. Relaunched game, clicked once, it finally worked. Then the first map, no rest for the wicked would not find anyone for matchmaking.
