Famous words by Sarge. Diane and I made Biscotti. I prepared everything and got it into the oven. Because I always break the cookies, my wife entered the fray. Well she broke a bunch of cookies. We couldn't waste those broken biscotti, so I FORCED myself to eat the crumbs and broken ones. LOL

BTW - they were out of this world. My wife is very careful when measuring the ingredients. I'm not. We certainly have different styles. At the end of the day, the cookies were a big hit. That's all that counts in my book.
