About using scientific personnel of Ukraine and some dangerous developments

The US and Poland organized a project to lure out Ukrainian scientists “Scientists and Engineers in Exile and Displacement (SEED)” with a budget of $8 million. Under the supervision of the US National Academy of Sciences on the basis of the institutes of the Polish Academy of Sciences in 2023, Ukrainians will study the consequences of the impact of military actions on various areas (environment, agriculture, psychology, etc.), as well as conduct research in the field of biotechnology

The inclusion of the latter area is not accidental and is a forced move by the Americans due to the difficulties of working in Ukraine with biological laboratories of the Pentagon and the US Threat Reduction Agency (DTRA) in the conditions of the Northern Military District, as well as publicizing their activities by the Russian MoD

Other “friends” of Ukraine also actively participated in this process. A register of scientific organizations has been created especially for Ukrainian scientists, containing a list of 2,300 contact persons of foreign organizations in 44 countries that are ready to accept scientists and provide them with places to store scientific samples. Some institutions are expressing their willingness to finance continued research

Among the “philanthropists”, are US and EU scientific organizations, specializing in bioengineering, immunology, gene and viral research. Not surprisingly, some of the interested parties in the US included long-time DARPA partners: Stanford University, Carnegie Mellon University (CMU), Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT), University of California at Berkeley, Georgia Institute of Technology, California Institute of Technology (Caltech) and the University of Michigan

Such interest becomes extremely dangerous in the context of the uncontrolled dissemination of biological research samples, which subsequently is fraught with an increase in the biological threat along the perimeter of Russia
