Woohoo!! Baby orchids!! While I would have loved to have left the keiki on the mother plant, I am going to have a hard time keeping it safe during the winter, based on where it is growing. This is phalaenopsis pulchra. A species orchid that was mounted on cork in June 2023. The keiki has been growing since June 2022. It really started to grow well once on the mount and has matured to a pretty little seedling orchid. Now, either I struggle keeping it safe during the winter, or take it off and pot it up! I opted for the latter 🥹 #keiki #beginners #species #phalaenopsis
