Was Buzz lightyear a copy of Sigma, from MEGAMAN X?

So I been playing a lot of MEGAMAN, in general, on the phone, and on my Nintendo switch, and as of lately I came to realize, that one of the villains, named Sigma looks very much like Buzz lightyear from Disney's Toy Story. We go over examples of how they look a lot a like, and how someone who took part in the making of Toy Story, maybe a MEGAMN fan, because of it. I also go, and show you the comparable dates, of when Sigma first appeared, in MEGAMAN X, and when Toy Story got released to show proof at the end, of this video. Lets get into this.
