Doom: Revolution! (Unity Add-On) - Map 30: The Forgotten God (UV-Max)

Map 30, the last level of Doom Revolution, is probably the simplest Icon of Sin-style final boss map I've played so far. All you have to do is hit one of the two switches to raise the back platform up to Chaos's head, run over to said platform, and fire rockets at the head. However, you have to be quick to get up there, because if you're too slow, the platform will re-lower as you step on it, only allowing you to get one shot off, and you'll have to go back and hit one of the switches again. Also, be sure to grab the secret in the starting room before you enter Chaos's lair!
