Mooji, born Anthony Paul Moo-Young on January 29, 1954, is a Jamaican-born spiritual teacher and author. He is known for his teachings on self-inquiry, non-duality, and the direct path to spiritual awakening. Mooji's teachings are influenced by Advaita Vedanta, a Hindu philosophy that emphasizes the non-dual nature of reality.
