Con Con: The Venezuelan Angle

Venezuela was once a wealthy and prosperous nation, until the communist regime of Hugo Chavez, aided by Cuba's Castro regime, completely destroyed and dismantle everything that was great: the economy, education, industry, the oil infrastructure, food supply and health system.
This demise was made possible by a legal procedure known as the Constitutional Convention, or Asamble Constituyente in Spanish, which allowed Hugo Chavez and his regime to dismantle the existing Venezuelan Constitution and replace it with a marxist/communist Constitution.
This video shows in detail the steps taken to carry out such political and legal maneuver, and furthermore, it shows the similarities with the so called 'Convention of States Project' currently being pushed in The United States of America, by Mark Meckler and other prominent figures.
