This is a great definition of genuine unconditional love. Doing something for someone, without expecting a return is something that we all could practice more. When we expect the same in return is not out of love and care. It's being done with the expectation of a reward or return. There's no love in that thinking. If we truly love someone, when we do something for them should be because we love them, not as a requirement.
