The actual written history of Billy The Kid is really up to the interpretation of those that wrote it, but it may not be true. Our guest today, Daniel Edwards, is on a mission to tell the actual, factual, real story.

Joining us today is Daniel Edwards, who created a book publishing company Creative Texts. After interviewing Sean Liscom, author of The Ranch series, he suggested that I talk to his publisher, so here we are! Today we have a great talk about how the Amazon Publishing world works, what are considered big numbers and what aren’t, and ways to succeed in this relatively new industry of self publishing. We also get very deep into Daniel Edwards’ personal writing journey, which revolves around finding the truth about Billy The Kid. It turns out that this story is not as clear cut as many of us once thought! Through this journey, Daniel has been lucky enough to work with well known people, including Emilio Estevez, who you may remember played Billy the Kid.
