When we bought this 2 bedroom mobile home with an addition on .25 acre we paid 35k. 16 months later we flipped it and picked up an extra 15k. We bought a 3 bedroom frame house on 2.5 acres in the unrestricted outskirts of Bell County Ky. It was a fixer upper too but this one were going to triple our money on. One thing for sure is I'll NEVER live in another mobile home again!
