Demand Cancellation of 15 Minute Cities Plan

Joel Sussman delivered this eloquent address to the Aurora City Council in Ontario, Canada recently. These plans are in place with town and city councils across the western world.

They are intended to be enacted in secret because should the people know it is happening, we will effectively oppose it. Hence accusations of "conspiracy theory", "right wing extremism", et al. Does Joel Sussman come across as a right wing extremist conspiracy theorist?
