HOW DID RUSSIAN MEDIA EXPLAIN THE BLACK SEA FLEET HQ ATTACK?

The Russian Black Sea Fleet HQ was hit by what appears to be a Storm Shadow missile. The evidence is so clear even Russia admitted it. The Black Sea Fleet HQ came under drone attack about a year ago and it was thought to be an invincible target due to air defenses around it, but the Ukrainians were successful.
