Shadow Empire Beta Patch Notes Catch-Up

I've not kept up with Shadow Empire's amazing new beta patch development updates, so you get to see me react to what have amounted to some seriously game-changing additions to my favourite game.

You'll need to download and install it (for Matrix) or opt into the beta (for Steam). GOG people will have to wait a bit as they don't support regular open beta patches.
