How to Remove and Restore Norman Pins (Cleats) - Boston Whaler Restoration Part 1

I'm restoring an old (1966) Boston Whaler restoration. One of the first things I want to do is take the Norman pins out so I can do a complete renovation of the inside of the boat.Also I want to restore these old norman pins (cleats).
