Suffering or Allusions

Suffering and illusion have many things in common. Satan uses these two words to deceive and mislead the Christian into believing a lie. In contrast, an allusion is a reference to a famous person, character, place, or event that the writer uses to deepen the reader’s understanding. Allusions are also frequently used in our speech. An allusion is a concise way of communicating multiple meanings. Think of it like a writing shortcut. You could spend a paragraph or two describing why sickness is a weapon of Satan or you could quote a Bible verse that instantly communicates healing comes from God.
