Modi wants to cut a deal

Situation for Modi is tense and he wants to come out of the difficult position which is created by the assassination of the Hardeep Singh Najjar, Modi wants to cut a deal with the west that he will attack Pakistan and capture Gilgit Baltistan, once capture the Gilgit Baltistan he wants guarantees from international establishments that Pakistan will not retaliate.
He has paid bribes to all the influential peoples in Pakistan including the most powerful establishment that Pakistan Army will not retaliate.
Modi plan is simple Modi will attack and capture some land in Gilgit Baltistan and will vacate the land after winning the next year elections.
Once he win the elections he will wait till America and his allies attack China and start a war in the south China sea. Once the war starts in the south China sea, India will attack China from his side.
So Modi wants to cut a deal west with the following plan
1. Modi will attack Pakistan in the Gilgit Baltistan area this year
2. Modi will capture some land in the Gilgit Baltistan area and keep the land in his control till Modi wins the election
3. Modi wants guarantees from the west that Pakistan will retaliate
4. Modi will move back to its original position after winning the elections
5. Modi don’t want any surprise attack from Pakistan
6. For attacking China Modi wants American and his allies to attack China in the south china sea
7. Once America engages China in the south China sea then Modi will attack China from his side

Plan is simple but west needs to trust Modi and Modi needs to trust the west

Problem is Pakistan what if people in Pakistan rise up against the military and demand an attack on India or worst people topple the government or even worst start crossing the Indian border and attacking Indian military, they can also seek help from their Afghan brothers to attack India as they helped Afghans for last 40 years in two wars.
For Modi situation is tricky and may get out of the control.
