Random Rants: STRIKE OVER! Studios/WGA Reach Tentative Agreement. What Does This Mean For Hollywood?

The WGA and the AMPTP reached a tentative agreement on Sunday, marking the beginning of the end to the Writers Guild strike on day 146. All that is left is for the membership to ratify the deal on Tuesday, and the strike is over. However, what will Hollywood look like on the other side of the strike? And will this deal benefit the current SAG-AFTRA negotiations?
