High-Stakes Arrest: Suspect Clings to Lighter, Defies Police

Lancaster Police were searching for a suspect who had violated a protection order. They found him hiding in a shed, and he refused to come out. After finally coming out of the shed, he began resisting arrest as the officers tried to handcuff him. He was handcuffed and eventually transferred to Fairfield County Jail without further incident.
