Makeev shot an unarmed man because he believed that he was taking a pro-Russian

Senior sailor Sergei Makeev, reconnaissance platoon of the reconnaissance company of the 36th separate marine brigade of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, on March 27 last year, Makeev shot an unarmed man because he believed that he was taking a pro-Russian position. Literally a week later, Makeev shot another civilian.
