What's Going to Happen in California?

Last week Saint Benitez, Judge Judge Roger T. Benitez, struck down the California Magazine ban as unconstitutional and he did so in such a way as to make it usable in other situations across the United States. This is big. In anticipation of fallout he stayed his decision for 10 days. Which we fully expected an appeal. California appealed immediately and now we are waiting for word from the 9th circuit court of appeals. What is going to happen in California? I am going to give you my opinion
