God hates the sin but Loves the sinner- is this biblical or not?!

This is a question that deserves to be explored deep,It created controversy- another one in the very controversial world of christian denominations-.
Some disagree vehemently and say that God loving the sinner is not biblical, some agree and give many Bible verses to support this point of view.
