Honest question here...How can we expect our children to follow an example we do not set or live by ourselves?

Mark made some observations about day-to-day activities and interactions of their kids while Kendra was on a weekend trip to Florida.

This brings up an extremely important reality we all face in the modern age... Devices, social media, apps, and how they have completely captured huge portions of our time and attention.

Like it or not these things are here to stay in our world. Keeping and maintaining a healthy level of connected and disconnected comes down to self-discipline and using them as tools... Not allowing them to use and manipulate you!
