SB-241 ABOLISHES Unrestricted Land In Kentucky!

Know that ANY properties 5 acres or less that is listed as unrestricted is now officially a lie. Now anyone who owns property 5 acres or less with a pond can no longer fish from it without a permit and you cannot hunt on it either. They claim it's to help fund fisheries but we all know better than that. It's the beginning of the end. Won't be long before they expand it to 10 acres then 20. So far kentuckians haven't challenged it.
