Dalton is an online sexual predator that lives in an adult group home in Beggs, Oklahoma. He was chatting with who he believed was a 13-year-old girl. He sent graphic images as well as taught her sexual acts.
He knew everything he was doing was illegal.

All evidence has been submitted. No different than any other Predator case. Since this is Tribal territory, its being transferred.
