US Government Shutdown: Senate Moves Closer to Deal

Senate Republican and Democrat negotiators are nearing a deal on a short term spending measure intended to keep the government open after Oct. 1, according to people familiar with the talks. But then House Speaker Kevin McCarthy then has to decide if he'll let members vote on the deal. Bloomberg's Annmarie Hordern reports.
