In this video, I’m going to tell you how to get rid of migraines, specifically hormone-related vascular migraines. If you typically have throbbing vascular migraines at the same time during your cycle, this is for you!

When you have a vascular migraine, estrogen and oxytocin are affected. Some common remedies for hormone-related throbbing vascular migraines include the following:
● High-potency vitamin C(necessary to make oxytocin)
● High doses of magnesium(necessary to make oxytocin)
● Oxytocin nasal spray
● Sodium(saltwater)

Oxytocin spray isn’t always the best option because oxytocin depletes sodium. If you’re low in sodium, you can dehydrate your body’s tissues and also increase cerebrospinal fluid. This can increase pressure in your head and cause nausea.

The best way to get rid of throbbing vascular migraines is to increase sodium by consuming celery juice! The juice from about 4 to 5 stalks of celery will give you more relief than a lot of the other common remedies for migraines. Give it a try!
