In this video, we’re going to talk about some of the common ways you can become deficient in vitamin B1, also known as thiamine. Vitamin B1 is incredibly important because it offers protection from the damage caused by high insulin and high levels of sugar.
Here are some of the most common causes of vitamin B1 deficiency:
• Consuming refined grains
• Excessive alcohol
• Liver damage
• Stress
• Metformin
• Sugar
• Tea
• Raw fish
• Sulfites
• Insulin resistance
