Isaiah 20-5 and Psalms 107-6 Verses of the 2 days 09-27-2023

Yesterday and todays Verses of the day.
For folks (such as myself and Omen and perhaps others out there) who dont know much about Biblical fasting, I touch on the fact that I know nothing either LOL!!!
Anyway, I finally just started doing it a little bit, and now I do it fairly regularly, yet not strictly so. So lets learn together if you want? I just dont know anything specific other than checking with a doctor or other qualified professional before making health impacting life changes such as fasting, and starting off on such endeavors slowly in small bite sized chunks.
