In this video, I’m going to talk about natural asthma remedies that are an alternative to vitamin D or antibiotics. Although my first recommendation is to take high amounts of vitamin D, or get lots of sunshine, vitamin D doesn’t work for everyone.

Asthma is an inflammatory condition of the bronchial tubes in the lungs. You start coughing, wheezing, and experience shortness of breath, especially going upstairs. There’s a link between a hard-to-kill bacteria called chlamydia pneumonia and asthma. Antibiotics work well for this bacteria, but I’m going to recommend natural remedies to avoid the damaging side effects of antibiotics.

The three natural remedies I recommend are Chaga mushroom, lotus rhizome node, and ligustrum seed. You can get them online or at a health food store.

These three natural asthma remedies are a great way to address chlamydia pneumonia.
