The text messages they received from her phone were unusual and not written in her tone, making her family suspicious. When they checked in with Irene's live-in boyfriend whom claimed Irene had filled several plastic bags with her clothes one night before disappearing in a dark SUV, allegedly heading for Texas where she claimed to want to live.
