The GBI Case files in the death of Jermaine Jones at the hands of Richmond County Sheriffs Office deputies on 10.11.21 The DA Cleared all officers of any wrongdoing, they investigated themselves and concluded it was all "Unfounded"

A man got a flat tire and called for help, the mans father and uncle came to help him. They passed by an apartment complex in a busy area to get to the broken down car. Richard Russell, Christopher Brown and Jerry Martinez were conducting a narcotics investigation at the exact time the men cam to get their car. Chris brown mistook the men for drug Valera's because they left the area abruptly. Chris brown pulled the men over, eventually extracting them from the vehicle and for whatever reason the young adult in the car, Jermaine Jones had a knew jerk reaction jumped up and ran. He was tased and beat for hours until he died after falling into a coma. The GBI crime lab listed the death as a homicide and the officers involved have all been cleared. It took me a year to get the body cam and case files as the Richmond County Sheriffs Office is still to this day not releasing the records. The records are no longer part of any criminal litigation. These records I obtain eventually came from the GBI.

Oct 11, 2021, 24 year old Jermaine Jones died after being tased by Richmond County deputy Richard Russell during a traffic stop.
The stop was initiated by Officer Christopher Brown, Brown was in an unmarked patrol car.
