In this video, Dr. Berg talks about how a low carbohydrate diet can temporarily raise your cholesterol, triglycerides, and LDL.
When you start a keto plan, you will release fat from your fat cells. Well, the stuff you are releasing from the cell is cholesterol and triglycerides - so it has to go somewhere out through the blood and liver. This temporary raise in cholesterol can concern people IF they don't understand the process.
