Your Cells of the Body are your Soul Workers

There is over 50 trillion cells in your body and they all have their own unique responsibility whilst being part of the collective

Your body is magical and loves you so much. Every second of everyday your body will be work to keep you at balance

And whilst it gets to work on its own, it also will do anything the Mind Instructs it to do.

All your body wants is a bit of appreciation and to be noticed.

How much love and appreciation do you give your body each day.

Use the same analogy for a huge organisation where we see many mental health problems arise.

People are often under appreciated and feel like just a number.

Imagine if everyone in the organisation was given a safe environment to work and flourish, imagine if everyone was appreciated and were made to feel special each day. How much more productive would that company be?

All it takes is to create some time each day.
Appreciation comes in the form of energy.
Exercise, nutrition, a positive environment, creativity, self talk.

Respect your body as it is with you for life and you will be given the upmost respect back allowing you to focus on the joys of life
