Dr. Berg talks about chronic right rhomboid pain, tightness, and trigger points. This is a referred problem. Your gallbladder can refer pain to the right shoulder and just medial to the right scapular area, right over the rhomboid muscle - The phrenic nerve is responsible and can refer pain to this area. Many people have trigger points in this area.
