When we speak the words me, my and mine to your thoughts, beleifs and opinions, they are all from the mind

The mind/ego can never be a full truth, a truth is a knowing which is a feeling within.

This is Our Soul

So when others meet you with a difference in an opinion which they are entitled to, bring awareness to your reactions
We are quick to defend anything that is attached to the word me and this is where we then are met with resistence.
