Quickie Stop Signs

Most people just accept that coming to a full stop at stop signs is the safe thing to do, and support ticketing of drivers making a rolling stop. But believe it or not, the safest drivers, when traffic is clear and visibility is good, make rolling stops; the only people who make the full NHTSA-approved stops are UNSAFE drivers.
