In this video, we’re going to talk about how to stop nightmares with nutrition.
If you experience frequent nightmares for no apparent reason, it could be a nutrient deficiency.
In particular, it could be low levels of thiamine. Thiamine is a B vitamin that is depleted by stress, sugar, alcohol, and refined grains.
The best natural source of thiamine—or vitamin B1—is nutritional yeast. In fact, nutritional yeast is a great source of numerous B vitamins.
