If insulin is too high, it can create a lot of problems, including:
• Alzheimer’s disease
• Stroke
• High cholesterol
• High blood pressure
• Heart disease
• Diabetes
• Fatty liver
How to help lower insulin:
1. Avoid sugar
2. Avoid snacking
3. Exercise
4. Increase fat in your meals
5. Consume more vegetables
