In this video, I want to walk you through how to use acupressure for an injury to the head. These techniques can potentially help with past trauma from a concussion. 

You’re not going to be pressing directly on the point of the injury. You’re going to press into the point of the injury from other points surrounding it, kind of working in a circle around the injury. You can hold each position for one minute. 

You’re also going to apply gentle pressure on the opposite side of the skull from where the injury occurred. For example, if the injury occurred to the back of the head, we will press on the front of the head. 

The third step involves gently holding the place where the injury occurred on the head while taking the other hand and tapping gently down the spine.
