Danny Masterson (born March 13, 1976) is an American actor. He played Steven Hyde in That '70s Show (1998–2006), Milo Foster in Men at Work (2012–2014) and Jameson "Rooster" Bennett in The Ranch (2016–2018).

In May 2023, Masterson was convicted of raping two women, both former members of the Church of Scientology. He was accused of and tried on the rape of a third woman, however there was no verdict because of a hung jury. In September 2023, he was sentenced to 30 years to life in prison for the first two rape charges.

Masterson's trial was closely watched by Hollywood and the Church of Scientology, which has been accused of covering up sexual abuse allegations against its members. The trial also shed light on the Church of Scientology's practice of "disconnection," in which members are cut off from their families and friends if they leave the church or speak out against it.

Masterson's conviction is a victory for the victims of sexual assault and a rebuke of the Church of Scientology's culture of secrecy and impunity.
